Nikken (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company founded by Nikken Total Sourcing Inc. and Thai partner in August 2014. Both companies have extensive experiences in the human resources management in Japan and Thailand respectively. They have integrated the experiences and knowledge and jointly managed Nikken (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to provide human resources management and consulting service to clients.

At Nikken (Thailand) Co., Ltd., some specific services we provide entail, manpower dispatching, recruitment, and outsourcing solutions with the aim to resolve human resources problems for companies and cater to our customers’ needs to promote work efficiency in the manufacturing and service industries.
